• Account Information: Name, email address, username, profile avatar, and public GitHub handle provided during registration or OAuth login.
• Technical Logs: IP address, browser user-agent, and session security cookies for authentication and rate-limiting.
• Author Content & Benchmarks: Technical write-ups, architecture nodes, comments, and benchmark code submissions you author on the platform.

2. Zero Data Selling & Privacy Commitment

We do not sell, rent, broker, or trade personal information or user profiles to third parties under any circumstances. All data is strictly utilized to render the platform, compute benchmark rankings, and facilitate self-serve developer interactions.

3. Payment & Billing Processing (Dodo Payments)

All payment transactions, checkout sessions, subscription management, and invoice generation are processed exclusively by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. InitNode does not store, process, or transmit raw payment card details. Billing data is managed in accordance with Dodo Payments's privacy and security standards under PCI-DSS compliance.

4. How We Use Information

Information is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your developer session and maintain role access controls.
• Calculate and award algorithm benchmark execution scores and leaderboard rankings.
• Execute automated containerized test suites on submitted solutions.
• Send critical security notifications, ad campaign review outcomes, and billing confirmations.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request account deletion or data export at any time via your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon deletion, your personal identifiable information is permanently purged from active production databases in accordance with GDPR and CCPA standards.
