Problem Overview

Hybrid Search merges Dense Semantic Vector search with Sparse BM25 Keyword search using Reciprocal Rank Fusion (RRF):

In this capstone, you will implement an RRF Hybrid Search Engine that ranks and fuses heterogeneous candidate lists into a unified ranking without score calibration weights.
